disturbed body clock

I'm having night duties at East Avenue Medical Center... During the 1st 5 to 6 hours, I am a bit hyper due to the fact that I drank Extra Joss, in addition to that, I took Pharmaton, a multivitamin with ginseng... When the clock strucks 5, my eyes began to fall... I even fell asleep sitting down... i was awakened when sir Mike asked us if we were finished giving medications and plotting the vital signs in the TPR sheet... My mind was not awake, so my Intake and Output is a bit questionable... Alcohol has a bad effect on me... :) haha

Oh well, i'll just wait for Sunday for my duty... got a lot coming up this week... :)
